Claire Last is our Group CEO. She was educated and trained in KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape. She has vast experience in dealing with people from all walks of life, and has a flair for client liaison and providing insight into operational and organizational matters.

The rest of our staff compliment is made up of trained and supervised people in the fields of administration, economics, law, mathematics, auditing, tax, sociology, management and accountancy.

Readyco International CC t/a eCC is the business registration unit of our group. Tagan CC is our property investment arm which owns and manages the offices occupied by eCC. The group holds and administers the eCC, Accountkeeper, ReadyCo and Close Corporations Direct trademarks. Kembul CC t/a Accountkeeper is our accounting and tax unit.
